Talk with the Independent Service Provider (IC) that serviced your hardware, if you can't resolve the issue with them, ACS may be able to help.

ACS offers 90 days Hardware support to new Hardware purchases.

The Manufactures Warranty may cover your hardware purchase for longer. Please check the hardware vendors website for more informations

Software and labor is warranted by the Independent Service Technician completing your service (Typically 30 Days -Check with your Technician for specific warranty details).
