Online Service Information!

With our NEW Online Service Information option, it will be possible to review the status of your system from home or from any remote computer system 24 HRS a Day, 7 Days a week!

If you need updated information on the results of Diagnostics, estimated repair Costs, Deposits due for special ordered items, estimated time for Repairs or if you simply need to contact the specific Technician working on your system, this handy reporting tool is for you!

If you need to forward additional information to the technician working on your system, need feedback from them, or just need to be updated as to the status of your Repair, it is as easy as this:

  • Locate the Receipt that you received when you dropped your system off.
  • Open the Online Service Information for the location you left your PC
    by clicking on the link below . ( Rome or New Hartford )
  • Find your service ticket number in the report
    (This is the Transaction number on your Receipt)
  • Review the online information for your Repair
  • View the technician associated with your Service or Repair
  • Send an email to the required tech supplying the Transaction # and the Technician Name to request additional information or send information to the tech for your repair!

Status Code options:

"IN"
- The system has been received but not yet serviced.
"DIA" - The system has been diagnosed but not yet repaired.
"CUS" - We are waiting for the customer to approve repairs or parts.
"DEP" - We are waiting for customer deposit on system.
"BEN" - The system is on the Bench being repaired.
"COM" - The system has been Completed and is ready for customer pickup.
"OUT" - The system has been picked up by the customer.

Status Dates:

Status dates show when each system was last updated by a tech,it can also show how long for instance a system has been waiting for parts to be received, or for a deposit for parts orders.
