INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Locate the receipt that you received when you dropped off your system.
2-Locate the Transactrion number on that Receipt
3-Click on the appropriate blue link above for ROME or NEW HARTFORD
3-Look at that Transaction Column and locate your Transaction Number. The list is in sequence
4-Review the information, technician info, and the Status Code information found here to see what stage your system is currently in.

Be sure to include the Transaction number and your Phone number
